We currently have a vacancy for an Onboarding Manager fluent in English to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium.

Your tasks

  • Preparing, facilitating and organising governance meetings;
  • Customer relationship management aiming at the adoption of the service;
  • Organises trainings and webinars;
  • Produces and manages the communication plan;
  • Keeps stakeholders updated to ensure adoption of the service;
  • Executes the communication campaign, oversee the implementation and ensure adoption of defined targets;
  • Creates and updates communication materials (leaflets, user guides, on-boarding-race);
  • Creates and disseminates surveys;
  • Manages and maintains the external Confluence space.


  • Master’s degree in IT or relevant discipline combined with 17 years of relevant experience;
  • Excellent knowledge of Confluence, PlantUML, MS Visio, Jira, Rally, Eclipse, Toad, and SQL Developer.
  • Experience working with Agile, SAFe as well as Oracle;
  • Hand-on experience with EJB, SOAP/REST Webservices, J2EE, ETOM;
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management practices and tools;
  • Knowledge in analyzing customer segments, e.g., experiencing a specific product problem;
  • Experience in the use of Atlassian collaborative tools (e.g., Confluence and Jira) and Microsoft Office Tools (e.g., PowerPoint);
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to prepare clear and well-structured documents and presentations.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
