Job Title: D365 Functional Analyst

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced D365 Functional Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a D365 Functional Analyst, you will play a critical role in the successful implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) solutions for our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT professionals, and project managers, to ensure the efficient and effective utilization of D365 applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for D365 implementations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation using D365.
  • Design, configure, and customize D365 modules to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration between D365 and other systems or applications.
  • Conduct thorough testing of D365 functionalities and configurations to ensure system accuracy and stability.
  • Provide end-user training and support for D365 applications, addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of D365 projects within budget and scope.
  • Stay up to date with the latest D365 features, updates, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and recommendations on D365 functionalities and configurations.
  • Assist in the creation of technical and functional documentation for D365 projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a D365 Functional Analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of D365 applications and modules.
  • In-depth knowledge of D365 Finance and Operations, Customer Engagement, or other relevant D365 modules.
  • Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing D365 modules to meet business needs.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
  • Microsoft certifications in D365 Finance and Operations, Customer Engagement, or related areas are a plus.
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is desirable.
